Pinhole Camera Artist

I like this photographer (Bob St.cyr) because his photos of nature are realistic and simple. His photos use pinhole in a unique way by using scenes that usually have lots of colour and givingthem none. The photos are taken very well because of the lighting choice and scene.

School Community: Creative, Accepting. A small school where almost everyone knows eachother , which makes it more friendly.
What do I value?: How accepting it is of everyone no matter what they wear or look like.
Why art matters: Art is a form of creative expression in which everyone can express themselves the way they want.
You can express this visually: by doing what J.R. did, make the community know about who lives there.

This image impacted me because it reminds me that there are kids out there affected by AIDS everyday. Most of them are orphans from it, or even have it themselves. It makes me appreciate the health care on this side of the world, and how fortunate I am to have it. This picture impacts the community it came from, by reminding people in richer parts of the world that this is a very real problem, and that they can do something to help.
